Kapoor Imaging Pvt. Ltd. emerged from the visionary zeal of its founder, the late Mr. S.P. Kapoor, who inaugurated the company in 1976. Nestled in a modest 700 square-foot space on the vibrant streets of Broadway, Chennai—then known as Kapoor Sales—the company was poised for changing the Printed Media landscape of India. The following year marked the arrival of Mr. Sunil Kapoor, who would soon ascend to the role of Managing Director, further catalyzing the company's upward trajectory.

The company underwent a pivotal transformation in 1996, reestablishing itself as Kapoor Imaging Private Limited (KIPL). Headquartered in Chennai, KIPL expanded its footprint across India's major urban centers, establishing sales and service support offices in Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Indore, Chandigarh, Cochin, Coimbatore, Vijayawada, Cuttack, Sivakasi with new branches slated for foreign expansion. This network is backed by a robust workforce of 300 dedicated employees, reflecting the company’s growth and commitment to excellence in its field. As KIPL continues to evolve, it remains steadfast in its mission, pushing the boundaries of innovation by venturing into Advanced materials manufacturing, and maintaining a sprawling Master Warehouse in Chennai.
