Kapoor Imaging Pvt. Ltd. was founded by Late Mr. S.P. Kapoor in the year 1976 with a small 700 Sq.ft office at Broadway, Chennai (was then called as Kapoor Sales). Mr. Sunil Kapoor (MD, Kapoor Imaging Pvt. Ltd.) joined the company in 1977. The Company has Master Ware house at Chennai and is also getting into Manufacturing.

M/s. Kapoor Imaging Private Limited (KIPL), was incorporated on 1996 and has its Corporate and Registered office located at Chennai. KIPL has its sales and service support offices located in major cities in India, namely Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Coimbatore, Cuttack, Hosur, Hyderabad,Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Sivakasi& Vijayawada. Presently, it has staff strength of around 150 employees.

KIPL has been trading in printing materials such as Pre-sensitized (Lithographic) Plates, Films, Rubber Blankets, Inksand Prepress Equipmentfor nearly two decades.

The Company has over 1000 customers across India. The major products of KIPL are Printing Plates, Rubber Blankets, Press Room Chemicals and CTP (UV and Thermal). Of the said products, KIPL proposes to manufacture Printing plates from the new project and continue the trading business of the other products.
